Once I place an order, how long does it take to be processed?

If the item(s) is available, your order will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered in 3-5 business days.

What method of payment is accepted?

What is the method of shipping?

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service.

Do you ship to countries other than the United States?

We ship only within the continental United States.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days to receive a full refund on the purchase price. If item(s) have been worn and are not in new condition, we will inspect the merchandise and give an in-store credit according to its value at the time of the return. Please call before returning your items and we encourage that insurance is purchased on all returns.

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes. We do quality repairs on jewelry purchased at our store only.

Will my item's weight be the same as shown in the online inventory?
